Financial Times has asked top women in finance about their greatest personal and professional challenges. Among those questioned was Olivia S. Mitchell, Executive Director of the Pension Research Council, who said: “The biggest professional challenge I have faced is the near-impossibility of getting politicians to focus on and move ahead on reforming social security and pensions, both essential in this era of global aging.”
